In 1991 Michael Jordan won his first NBA Championship while wearing the Air Jordan VI. This is only the second time the Air Jordan VI "Carmine" has been re-released since its 1991 debut, with the first time being 2008 as part of the "Countdown Pack." The design for Jordan's sixth signature sneaker was inspired by his slant-nosed Porsche, and is often known for its "rear spoiler" heel pull-tab. Plus, they also sport two holes on the tongue for easy application, a visible Air-Sole unit, lace locks, and a translucent outsole.
