The Air Jordan VIII is widely recognized for their signature crisscross straps and fuzzy "carpet" logo on the tongue. Originally released in 1993 and designed by Tinker Hatfield, they have been re-released in an array of colorways, including popular "Cool Grey," "Take Flight," and "Aqua." The latest release, the Air Jordan VIII Retro "Alternate Bred," has a familiar color scheme with a black suede upper, "1993" embroidery on the pull tab, carpet-style black and Gym Red logo on the tongue, and Wolf Grey accents.
