Michael Jordan's fifth signature sneaker, the Air Jordan V, was originally released in 1990. This Tinker Hatfield-designed model was inspired by the World War 2 Mustang fighter jet and is known for its translucent accents, "shark teeth" graphic on the midsole, and signature lace toggle. The AJV was first available in four colorways, but has since been retroed in over 40 different color schemes - and the hits keep coming. The upcoming Air Jordan V Retro "Flight Suit" is another new take on this popular Air Jordan model. Crafted with a red suede upper, they also feature a reflective tongue, black "shark teeth" on the midsole, and instead of tradition translucent netting, they sport matching red on the side panel to complete the look. Watch for these dropping soon.
