This is definitely NOT the Air Jordan II that Michael Jordan wore back in '86. For the Air Jordan II 2.0, Jordan Brand used the same upper design of the original, but put it on top of a ultra comfortable 360 Max Air Unit. Gone is the black midsole associated with Air Jordan II, and in its place is a striking visible red Air-Sole unit. This contemporary take also features a mesh tongue (instead of leather), round athletic laces (instead of flat), and patent leather side panels (instead of textured leather).

Even when I got my information wrong, I was surprised how quickly sneakerhead.com responded to my order. Shoes, as if they came straight from the manufacturer.
