Simply put, the Air Jordan 1 is the sneaker that started it all. Michael Jordan's first signature model was released in 1985, and is the only Air Jordan model that sports a Nike Swoosh. The Air Jordan 1 violated the NBA's uniform policy, which led to Jordan being fined $5,000 a game, and became a topic of a popular Nike commercial. The Air Jordan 1 is still popular today, and has been released in more colorways than any other Air Jordan model.

Love the way they have incorporated the 13 trademarks into the classic 1 shape. Leather is really soft and nice. Crazy comfortable. Fit is true to size. Couldn't be happier with this shoe.

For those who have never worn 1's, they tend to run a little tighter/narrower around your feet. I stick with 9.5 for all my J's, and these were no exception. They don't feel too small, but definitely snug around the sides. It's not uncomfortable, but I would be curious to try a size 10. If you want to be safe, and ensure 110% comfort, then consider getting a half-size higher than you usually wear. Regardless, I love the colorway and the tumbled leather is perfect. They look great in person.
