This collaboration with artist Futura is sure to be one of those greatly appreciated designs. This Nike Air Force 1 retro lifestyle shoe matte silver upper has a gradient mesh effect created by as series of perforations that go from large to small. Combine that with a stark white swoosh and laces and it comes across pretty clean. The frontal, toe box and lace panels of the sneakers are smooth, matte silver leather and the inner lining and tongue are both constructed from silver mesh. Accenting the upper is a splash of white on the Nike Swoosh with black on the "Air" and pinstripe on the silver midsole. However, one of the more Interesting features is the word, 'Be' seen printed under the translucent outsole, while the word 'Fresh' appearing on the tongue. When Nike and Futura link up things always get fresh.

Adding to his resume comes DJ Premier's latest collaboration with Nike, on his own version of the Air Force 1 Low silhouette. This release comes after a series of drops featuring East vs. West rivalry designs by such entrepreneurs as Eddie Cruz and artists like DJ Clark Kent. DJ Premier all-black-everything theme fits well with contrast stitching, clear soles, and turntable accents, along with Premier's name throughout the entire design, even on the lace tips. The DJ Premier x Nike Air Force 1 Low retro lifestyle shoe collaboration takes on a dark tone on the full leather and snakeskin upper. DJ Premier is placed at the heel along with his logo at the toe. A white swoosh sets off the dark upper, along with the icy translucent outsole that features a sweet design. Another all-over print is found on the insole to match the tone of the tongue tag.

In the latest team-up between Nike and UNDFTD's Eddie Cruz, Nike Sportswear has released the Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme "Eddie Cruz West Edition" part of the East vs. West Rivals Pack. These hightop retro style shoes take a cue from his Lakers-like low tops but go with a more believable snake colorway instead of purple. This serpentine edition features a heavy dose of mottled dark colored snakeskin and a wintry dark palatte. The patent leather comprises the material on the swoosh and strap on this model, along with a rarely-employed leather midsole sitting atop 0.44 sticky rubber outsoles in red, which really contrasts the whole design and really makes the stitched leather midsole stand out.

Beet Red has been popping up somewhat frequently lately, as we've seen this color used in recent Nike women's releases. This new Nike Women's Air Force 1 Low '07 is a smooth looking retro style shoe that was designed exclusively for all the ladies. This simple but eye-catching Nike Air Force 1 gets the job done with a completely birch colored upper with beet accents on the patent leather Nike Swoosh, inner lining, and lace. The beet accents have also been added to the pinstripe detailing and "Air" branding on the white mid-sole, as well as to the beet outsole. The perforated toe box makes sure you get maximum comfort all throughout the day. It's easy to appreciate this simple colorway because of it's soft color combination, and clearly the beet red contrasts very well with the neutral beige.

Going the opposite direction of his last creation by opting for a bright colorway for this Air Force 1. DJ Clark Kent, gave the Nike Air Force 1 Supreme LE "NYC Edition" only the finest materials, including premium leather on four separate areas. The toe box and toe cap use a buttery smooth black, as well as the swoosh. DJ Clark Kent even chose to wrap the mid-sole in leather. This supreme lifestyle sneaker consist of blue crocodile skin which wraps from inside to the outside around the heel, matching the outsole perfectly. The "0.44 Rubber" you see on the back portion of the uppers is a reference to the rubber used on the outsole, which was originally designed for use on Nike's ACG line. The real color comes from the touches of orange used on the strap and orange nubuck in the mid-panel, giving these a distinct Knicks color-up.

DJ Clark Kent shows us his design aesthetic on the Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium (DJ Clark Kent), showcasing three different leather materials as well as a whole spread of earth tones. This is obviously not your everyday Air Force 1 style although it possesses a very subtle color scheme. This premium lifestyle sneaker incorporates many different textures on the base including smooth leather, nubuck, and ostrich. As an added detail, this shoe is finished with a 0.44 sticky rubber sole with the 0.44 corresponding label on the upper, complete with an extra set of brown laces. Another interesting feature is the graphic football figure seen on the insoles. The deep tones of brown and tan with it's added durability, adds to the overall quality of materials on this lifestyle sneaker. Definitely make this sneaker a must have for the winter season.

To keep up with the release of the Nike Air Force 1 "LeBron James Edition" Nike has released the "Kobe Bryant Edition" Air Force 1 for kids. As you would expect, these basketball shoes are done entirely in Lakers' yellow, purple and white with personalized Kobe touches. The basketball shoe features a perforated white leather base, with yellow and purple leather at the toe and swoosh to match the LA Lakers classic colorway. The upper sits on a clean white mid-sole with yellow accenting and purple contrast stitching. The outsole is also done in purple to contrast nicely with the white. Kobe Bryant jersey number "24" is stitched on the tongue tag and Kobe's signature appears on the insole, finished off with the Kobe Bryant tri-tip logo on the heel.

Nike teamed up with Eddie Cruz to create the East/West rivalry of Air Force 1 designs. The west coast get their game on with this LA Lakers inspired new supreme air force 1, designed by Eddie Cruz of the mighty undefeated. The luminous yellow swoosh burns bright on a royal purple reptilian upper, with the red sole matching the west varsity style badge woven into the tongue. The 0.44 lasered on the heel which indicates the use of Nike's new 0.44 sticky rubber compound that adds traction to the sole. The 0.44 compound are usually used on the Nike's ACG line, which gives these supreme AF1's the ability to be worn in any type of weather. These kicks have great accent colors and are guaranteed eye catchers.

Nike has done it again. Every season Nike releases a holiday themed sneaker, so Halloween is no different. This Halloween Nike created monster inspired Air Force 1 low "Savage Beast". This sneaker was not just inspired by Halloween but also by the savage beast monster in the bugs bunny cartoon. This sneaker consist of two different textures. The main texture is a orange synthetic pony fur upper that extends down to the mid-sole. The bold look of the fur is off set by touches beige canvas for the swoosh and heels tabs which host the words "savage beast" in red stitching. Last but not least the AF1 low (savage beast) is complimented with a gum outsole. You definitely will be turning heads with these monsterized kicks this Halloween!

They feature an appropriately themed red and white colorway with nice textured panels. The design is festive enough to represent Valentine's Day and subtle enough to be worn all year long.

Nike presents is first collaborative effort with Italian streetwear/sneaker retailer SlamJam. The "Optical Force" Air Force 1 Pack is clean and subtle, but still delivers quality and innovation. The upper is constructed of crinkled patent leather. This turns our previous thoughts of patent leather always being smooth upside down. And it looks proper. Plus, the vibrant patent leather colors in the pack contrast the white soles and premium white leather swoosh nicely. They finished off the sneaker with an embossed "SlamJam" logo on the heel tab. A nice touch for a classy and well-done collaboration.

Along with many other recent Nike releases, these Air Force 1 models were inspired by the Beijing Olympic games. They are fresh, simple and available in numerous different two-tone colorways. As you may know, the number "8" has a lot meaning to the Chinese culture. And, it is why Nike chose to use octagon pattern perforations on the side panels on each of these Air Force 1 designs. You will also see the octagon pattern in various applications on other Beijing Olympic-inspired models from Nike. The pattern definitely brings uniqueness to these sneakers. Plus, they are a great alternative to the loud colorways that are currently on the market.
