Not sure how a sneaker will fit? For an additional $2.99 per order you can try them on at home. If they don't fit, return them with the free UPS return label included in your order. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping charge (Ground shipping only).

Restrictions:

  1. Available only to customers within the 48 continental US States.
  2. The $2.99 fee is non-refundable, and returns must be sent out within 10 days after receiving the order.
  3. Original shipping charge refund only applies to orders shipped via UPS Ground.
  4. Items, accessories and their packaging must be returned in the original condition or a surcharge will iccur.
  5. Prepaid return label can only be used to return the original order comes with "Try it On" program.
