*I ordered two pairs of shoes from them to avail their free shipping. (GREAT!) *I have the shoes in 2days. (GREAT! X2) *After a week, I've checked their site and found out that the prices of the shoes I've bought is lower than when I did the purchase. (NOT GREAT, but wait) *I called their customer service and ask if she can work things out for me and she did sent me refunds for the price differences for both shoes. (GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!) *I just wish that they have more selection. With all these good experiences I have with SNEAKERHEAD, I can definitely recommend them to anyone and will buy again from them; that's the least I can do for this very wonderful company.
