Description

Air Jordan 8.0

Jordan Brand combined the original style of the Air Jordan VIII with footwear technology of 2011 and created the Air Jordan 8.0. This basketball sneaker is now much lighter and supportive than ever before. The Air Jordan 8.0 still looks similar to the original AJ VIII, but features Flywire technology instead of a bulky internal padding, lighter materials on the upper, and sleeker "cross straps." Jordan Brand also removed the carpeted "Jumpman" logo on the tongue.

Four Stars

If you’re a guy that plays basketball low in the paint, then the Air Jordan 8.0s are perfect shoes for you. The great thing about this shoe is that the grip on the shoes are long lasting, making it easier to do the things you want to do on the court. Wing and guard players might like this shoe, but it is a heavier type of basketball shoe; so you’ll be losing a little bit of speed, but you would have more control of your feet.
These shoes aren’t only for the basketball court; they’re great for just wearing in public or special occasions. As any shoe, this will only be as clean as you keep it. The red plastic over time does fade and start to get the white leather of the shoe turn red in the area friction occurs. When this happens, just use some shoe cleaner and it cleans the shoe very nice.
The shoe is very comfortable and the Velcro straps help make it easy for you to make the shoe to be as tight or loose as you want. The shoe wear is an overall positive highlighting in;
• Comfort
• Style
• Playing Basketball
The shoe is meant to be a cheaper version of the Air Jordan XIII, so going in you should know the quality is what you’re paying for. So knowing what you do, this shoe is a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It is a great shoe that will last you for many years as long as you take care of it and clean it.

Great looking Air Jordan. Still prefer the Retro 8 over this, but I like it as a stand alone shoe! Its actually very comfortable to play in.

This Jordan shoe has an awesome look to it and is bound to get some attention for anyone who sees you wear them. They're very comfortable and I had no problem getting used to their "feel". The straps in front also give the shoe a cool look as part of the 8.0 series. The only downside to the shoe is it started to crease after a couple weeks of wearing it. Otherwise, this shoe is offered at a great price through Sneakerhead as opposed to other online shoe websites.
