In the 1991 NBA Slam Dunk contest Dee Brown of the Boston Celtics bent down, pumped up his Reebok Pump Omni Lite sneakers, executed a "no look" dunk, and cemented their legacy in basketball history. This original concept by Reebok allows you to customize your sneakers by pumping up an internal air bladder for a snug fit. The Reebok Pump Omni Lite also features Hexalite technology for enhanced shock absorption.

To pay homage to Stanley Kubrick's legendary movies, Reebok has designed the Reebok Pump Omni Lite. "Full Metal Jacket". Which a military theme is used for the "Full Metal Jacket" pair. Tan nubuck is used for the majority of the upper, while white perforated leather appears on the toe box. This basketball shoe features Lace locks as bullets, "pump" dog tag chain, and camouflage print around the upper ankle. The basketball shoes are rumored to be part of the "Kubrick Pack" which raises questions as to which of the legendary director's films will be used as inspiration, the gamut ranges from cult-classics like Clockwork Orange to the popular horror/thriller The Shining.
