"I was sold on the possible toning that these claim to do, but as soon as I put them on I was very excited that I would get to run in a pair this comfortable shoes. They're very....cushy..for lack of a better word. When running/jogging in these I could feel myself kind of bouncing into each stride which I thought absorbed a lot of the shock. When walking, they do in fact slightly feel as though you're walking in sand, forcing more effort in each step, however, on my runs, I do notice that I can run longer with less fatigue because they are so comfy. I guess you can say they do help tone your muscles if you can run longer in them! I love how the mesh makes them airy. They look expensive and the styling is not bad looking.
