Nike Hyperdunk 2010
The Nike Hyperdunk has been a "go to" basketball sneaker ever since it was first released. So, all Nike did this year was improve on its success. The 2010 version sports a lighter, gloss version of Flywire technology instead of the see-through panel, and they also have a Phylon midsole with full length Nike Zoom Air unit, which was previously a Lunarlite Foam/Zoom Air midsole. These modifications make the Nike Hyperdunk one of the best basketball sneakers ever available.
Two years ago Nike Basketball introduced the Hyperdunk. It instantly became one of the most popular, and top performing basketball shoe. This year it returns with upgrades as the Nike Hyperdunk 2010. To start the new basketball shoe off properly, the initial colorways that has begin shipping including USA and China inspired editions, designed for the upcoming FIBA World Championships and World Basketball Festival, these shoes will be seen on the feet of the Chinese National Team. Yi Jianlian will partner with Reebok-sponsored teammate Yao Ming for the W.B.F., and his other players will lace these up. Of course Flywire continues to make up the upper, just like the first model. This new version uses a gloss finish similar to the build on the Zoom Kobe V, as opposed to the see-through material used on the original. We also see that the toe box uses a finish like those on, again, the Zoom Kobe V "Away." Del Sol yellow is used on the toe, midsole and on the print on the ankle area. Continue Reading...

Bought them for my Grandson and he loves them. He is in high school and plays basketball. He has worn them for three games now and he said they are the most comfortable sneaks he has ever had.

"The best pure basketball shoe I've every played in. Extremely light and form fitting, and traction is definitely an improvement . The shoe really molds to your foot, and ankle support is actually very good, which surpised me when I first saw them given the thin layer of flywire around the ankle. Feels like a lace up ankle brace due to the way the shoe conforms around the mid to high ankle (Best worn with high ankle socks to prevent chafing at ankle due to reduced padding).
