Although I rated them on 5 out of 5 for everything, I am really fibbing. I didn't really speak to customer service, as the whole process was easy and without a problem. I would like to imagine, though, that if I did need to talk to customer service they would have been extremely courteous and helpful. Hey, doesn't everyone want the benefit of the doubt? Even shoe salesmen?
