Nike SB Dunk Low Pro
Modified to meet the demands of skateboarders, Nike released the Nike Dunk SB (Skateboarding) in 2002. Unlike the original Nike Dunk, the SB model is equipped with Zoom Air insoles, which provide superior cushioning and impact resistance. Originally, the SB model also featured a padded tongue for cushioning between the top of the foot and the board. Lastly, the Dunk SB was constructed with more durable materials to withstand the abuse that skateboard sneakers must endure.
Neil Blender is no stranger to designing skate shoes, so it should come as no surprise that he was asked to put together two Nike SB Dunks. Both the Urban Haze/Black High, of which was seen as an early release earlier this week. While this Nike Dunk High skateboard shoe was inspired by the Airwalk Enigma, this skateboard shoe rely on clean color blocking, nice material selection inspired by Neil Blender's Chrome Ball Incident blog. This low Skateboard shoe features black leather is used on the quarter panel, toe box and ankle, while Medium Grey suede finishes off the construction of the upper.
