Nike Cortez Basic Leather
Since its debut in 1972, the Nike Cortez has been continuously produced. Although you can currently find them in nearly every color and material imaginable, the original Cortez (worn famously by Forest Gump) sported a white leather upper, red Nike Swoosh, and a blue accent on the midsole. Nike also released a feminine version of the Nike Cortez called the Senorita Cortez.

These are the most comfortable shoes -- I purchased several pairs and wear these just about all the time. Can't beat the price, either.

"I've worn these shoes the zoo, on the treadmill and while working retail. I LOVE these shoes. They are super comfortable. If your job involves standing or a lot of moving around, these shoes are great. I have bursitis in my hips, usually by the end of a four hour shift, my hips throbbed. When I wore these, I felt like I could have worked longer without issue.
