
The Nike Blazer was released in 1972 and represented by George Gervin, better known as the Ice Man. These low-tech basketball shoes were some of the first produced by Nike and used the high temperatures of an autoclave to fuse the outsole to the upper for durability.

""Great all round experience. My only complaint is the high cost of postage to Australia. There is such a market for anything basketball here, yet the cost of postage often kills the whole process. I know many who will just not buy online from the US because of elevated postage costs. That's a real shame as I dso think merchants are pricing themselves out of a lucrative market :(""
