Cross training shoe

"Great cushioning. Light weight. I teach high impact cardio classes and was looking for a new nike air Trainer that had good cushioning and great support. These new Nikes are perfect. Just as good if not better than they used to be. They only weigh 10 ounces, have great lateral support, and great cushioning. I also like the color scheme as I'm not crazy about all the new shoes I'm seeing. These have a full length air cushioning and you can really feel it. Arch support is excellent. All in all a great, reasonably price shoe. Good job Nike."
