"I purchased these about two weeks before a hiking trip to the Adirondacks. Very minimal break in required. They felt great right out of the box. We hit five peaks in the Dix Range in one action packed day of climbing. The boots performed exceptionally well. Great grip and traction gave me confidence during ascent and descent. The boots stayed dry, and I experienced zero hot spots or blisters. I didn't have to worry about my feet once during the whole trip. Overall, this is a superior quality boot at a ridiculously reasonable price. They are definitely worth a look if you are on the market for a versatile hiking/climbing boot."
