Nike Air Griffey Max 1
The Air Griffey Max 1 was originally released in 1996 when Ken Griffey Jr. played for the Seattle Mariners. It was his first signature sneaker and quickly became a favorite among sneakerheads. Ever since Nike slated the re-release of this model anticipation has mounted. So, now that they're finally here it's a relief to see Nike kept them true to the original. They still feature the signature strap with number "24" on the side, visible Air pockets around the midsole, and a jagged design. Now, you can breathe.
To the appreciation of many of us Nike retro'd the Air Griffey Max 1 last year and has since released three color schemes, The training shoe color-ups won't be stopping there though. Recently released the highly-anticipated Air Griffey Max 1 training shoe in a Medium Grey/Metallic Silver-White colorway. Using an almost all grey build, multiple shades and finishes of leather come together on the upper. It owns a predominately grey colored base comprised of nubuck and leather with multiple teal accents on the tongue, ankle strap and lace holder area. It is also finished with a white midsole that possesses a teal visible air sole unit and a black outsole. Continue Reading...

This shoe is an amazing shoe and well worth the cheaper price such as other stores like pickyourshoes who had it for $179.99. Good fit and you can use it for baseball as it has the same design as cleats. Although its a smaller fit you slip a bit on water. Overall good shoe could be better if it was made the size you order and not smaller.

Got this shoe in the mail yesterday and tried it on and laced it up the way I like. One of the most comfortable shoe I have ever wore. Some people question the quality of Nike Retro's, but this shoe has great quality. The inner sock on the shoe makes for a great snug fit on your foot. I had to order a half size bigger cause of the availability, but the shoe still feels great on my foot, and it looks like creasing on the toe box won't be a problem either. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone.

This shoe is a really stylish shoe. These released back in the days, but they are back again. They do run somewhat small, but that does not keep you from wearing this really nice show. They are great for going out, and for training. I am a baseball player, and when on the field training on the grass, they do the right job. They also add a little extra height.
