"I bought these boots because of the style and have found them to be warm and comfortable. I wear them without socks even on the coldest days and my feet have always remained warm. The foot bed is not fleece, as others have pointed out, but the foot bed conforms to your foot after a couple of wearings and provides great support. These are the shoes I look to when traveling or when I will be out and about for long periods since they remain comfortable and are self-adjusting in terms of temperature. The only time I don't wear these is in the heat of summer.
