For customers outside of the United States and Canada, Sneakerhead.com DOES NOT accept credit card payments directly through our website. To pay for your order, you must send your payment through Paypal during the checkout. Once your order is submitted through our website, we will send you an email to confirm that you have made an order. Please read this email carefully to confirm your shipping address and other details. Contact us immediately if you need to change your information, please email Customer Service at sales@sneakerhead.com with the subject heading "International Order Correction". Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
Your order will usually be processed and shipped in 2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order leaves our warehouse.

The cost for shipping is based on shipping zone and number of items in the order, and shipping time is approximately 3-7 business days to most of countries.
