The Ironman franchise appears to be on track for a big summer, starting with Robert Downey Jr. reprising his role as Tony Stark in the Ironman sequel in May. Nike is never a company known to shy away from capitalizing on a big opportunity. We've already seen the Ironman edition of the Nike SB Dunk High. Now it looks like the kids are getting in on the fun, with a GS release of an Ironman themed Nike Air Force 1 retro basketball shoe. The retro basketball shoe features a patent leather upper, combining team red and metallic gold to represent the superhero's armor. Team red makes up the toe, laces, mid-foot, heel panel, swoosh, and outsole. Metallic gold can be seen on the toe box, mid-panel, and heel tab. Throw in a white midsole, and the Ironman Air Force 1 is a wrap.

Nike Air Force 1 '07

There's nothing cleaner than a fresh pair of Air Force 1s. While the white-on-white rightfully gets re-released constantly, this Birch/White model clearly evokes memories of the "Linen" Air Force 1, which has yet to see re-release. This Nike retro style Air Force 1 hosts a predominantly birch colored upper. Birch leather on the toe, lace panel, and heel lay on a woven base of the same color. White is used for the swoosh, inner liner, laces, and midsole. However, it is the soft brown/tan colors on the upper and on the midsole that give this retro style shoe its flavor.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Futura

This Air Force 1 Low Premium is a result of a collaboration between Futura and Nike. Futura and Nike have been part of collaborations before, so both sides are familiar with each other. This latest Nike Air Force 1 Low comes in an Metallic Silver/White-Purple colorway. This particular retro lifestyle shoe is done up in an eye-popping metallic silver base comprised of premium leather (toe area) and perforated leather (side and heel panels). White hints appear in the form of the shoelaces, swoosh and the midsole; yet, its wicked purple details (tongue, outsole) give this shoe a very unique color scheme. The eye catching retro lifestyle shoe is broken up into two separate textures with the toe box using a sporting perforated feel as opposed the mid panel and rear, which are heavily perforated.

Nike Air Force 1 '07 All-Star 2010

All-Star Weekend always brings out fresh designs. Whether they're for the All-Stars themselves or just those players' off-court exploits, the brands are more than happy to flaunt their special designs one weekend a year in February. This Nike retro style shoe uses all blue patent leather for the upper, while white is used for the midsole, liner and laces. This Air Force 1 '07 All-star retro style shoe features a silver metallic leather Nike Swoosh and a black sole. Near the heel, the outline of the state of Texas and a basketball are seen, paying tribute to ASW being in Dallas this year.

However, there is one more, highly-anticipated Air Force 1 release that is sure to bring out a lot of sneaker enthusiasts. This year marks the first time Nike has ever released the Black History Month Air Force 1 retro lifestyle shoe to the public previously, it was a friends & family release. 2010's Black History Month Air Force 1 retro lifestyle shoe draws inspiration from individuals behind the Harlem Renaissance, economic empowerment and the rise of Black enterprise. The black leather upper features various, monochromatic print that reads, "The definition of a renaissance individual: one who possesses a multitude of skills, talent and a broad base of knowledge," Proceeds from all shoes sold will be donated to Cheyney University, the oldest Black institution in the U.S.

To honor this year's NBA All-Star Game taking place on February 14-2010 at the Dallas Cowboys New Stadium, Nike Sportswear has put together some very special Air Force 1 Premium's. The Nike Air Force 1's designed for the 2010 All-Star Game are some of the most highly-anticipated releases of the month, and with the game fast-approaching, the hype has continued to grow. Nike dropped a 2010 NBA All-Star Nike Air Force 1 High Premium but these might be a bit harder to come by given their Quickstrike label. This new retro lifestyle sneaker takes form of 3M reflective material used for the entire upper on the high, accented with black and a touch of blue. Added features include the special 2010 NBA All-Star game logo on the lateral side of the upper. The lone blue star on the tongue, black swoosh, midsole, and laces really round this premium retro lifestyle shoe out.

Nike Women's Air Force 1 Valentine's Day

Nike released more Valentines Day inspired silhouettes and one of them is the Nike Valentines Day Air Force 1 Low. Just before we officially celebrated the new year, we got a look at a Nike Dunk high designed for the female sneakerheads looking to celebrate Valentine's day. Now, it's the turn of the Nike Air Force 1 to join the celebration. The Nike Women's Air Force 1 (Valentine's Edition) low retro style shoe also designed for the women who will hopefully have someone special on Valentine's day to see them rocking these. Nike smothered the women's "Valentine's Day" Air Force 1 with a 100% varsity red base. The colorway is about the only thing simple in regards to this particular Air Force 1. The toe area, heel tab and lace holder area all feature a unique, monochromatic, animal-like print done up in patent leather and nubuck. The rest of the upper features a premium leather finishing. Other details include a patent leather swoosh and metallic gold hints (Nike tongue logo tag, and heel tab). To compliment this one-of-a-kind retro style sneaker, Nike packaged the shoes in a red and gold box.

Nike Air Force 1 Low DJ Premier

Adding to his resume comes DJ Premier's latest collaboration with Nike, on his own version of the Air Force 1 Low silhouette. This release comes after a series of drops featuring East vs. West rivalry designs by such entrepreneurs as Eddie Cruz and artists like DJ Clark Kent. DJ Premier all-black-everything theme fits well with contrast stitching, clear soles, and turntable accents, along with Premier's name throughout the entire design, even on the lace tips. The DJ Premier x Nike Air Force 1 Low retro lifestyle shoe collaboration takes on a dark tone on the full leather and snakeskin upper. DJ Premier is placed at the heel along with his logo at the toe. A white swoosh sets off the dark upper, along with the icy translucent outsole that features a sweet design. Another all-over print is found on the insole to match the tone of the tongue tag.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium Futura

This collaboration with artist Futura is sure to be one of those greatly appreciated designs. This Nike Air Force 1 retro lifestyle shoe matte silver upper has a gradient mesh effect created by as series of perforations that go from large to small. Combine that with a stark white swoosh and laces and it comes across pretty clean. The frontal, toe box and lace panels of the sneakers are smooth, matte silver leather and the inner lining and tongue are both constructed from silver mesh. Accenting the upper is a splash of white on the Nike Swoosh with black on the "Air" and pinstripe on the silver midsole. However, one of the more Interesting features is the word, 'Be' seen printed under the translucent outsole, while the word 'Fresh' appearing on the tongue. When Nike and Futura link up things always get fresh.

Nike Air Force 1 Supreme Eddie Cruz West

In the latest team-up between Nike and UNDFTD's Eddie Cruz, Nike Sportswear has released the Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme "Eddie Cruz West Edition" part of the East vs. West Rivals Pack. These hightop retro style shoes take a cue from his Lakers-like low tops but go with a more believable snake colorway instead of purple. This serpentine edition features a heavy dose of mottled dark colored snakeskin and a wintry dark palatte. The patent leather comprises the material on the swoosh and strap on this model, along with a rarely-employed leather midsole sitting atop 0.44 sticky rubber outsoles in red, which really contrasts the whole design and really makes the stitched leather midsole stand out.

Beet Red has been popping up somewhat frequently lately, as we've seen this color used in recent Nike women's releases. This new Nike Women's Air Force 1 Low '07 is a smooth looking retro style shoe that was designed exclusively for all the ladies. This simple but eye-catching Nike Air Force 1 gets the job done with a completely birch colored upper with beet accents on the patent leather Nike Swoosh, inner lining, and lace. The beet accents have also been added to the pinstripe detailing and "Air" branding on the white mid-sole, as well as to the beet outsole. The perforated toe box makes sure you get maximum comfort all throughout the day. It's easy to appreciate this simple colorway because of it's soft color combination, and clearly the beet red contrasts very well with the neutral beige.

Nike Air Force 1 Supreme DJ Clark Kent NYC

Going the opposite direction of his last creation by opting for a bright colorway for this Air Force 1. DJ Clark Kent, gave the Nike Air Force 1 Supreme LE "NYC Edition" only the finest materials, including premium leather on four separate areas. The toe box and toe cap use a buttery smooth black, as well as the swoosh. DJ Clark Kent even chose to wrap the mid-sole in leather. This supreme lifestyle sneaker consist of blue crocodile skin which wraps from inside to the outside around the heel, matching the outsole perfectly. The "0.44 Rubber" you see on the back portion of the uppers is a reference to the rubber used on the outsole, which was originally designed for use on Nike's ACG line. DJ Clark Kent shows us his design aesthetic on the Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium (DJ Clark Kent), showcasing three different leather materials as well as a whole spread of earth tones. This is obviously not your everyday Air Force 1 style although it possesses a very subtle color scheme. This premium lifestyle sneaker incorporates many different textures on the base including smooth leather, nubuck, and ostrich. Nike Air Force 1 GS Kobe Bryant

To keep up with the release of the Nike Air Force 1 "LeBron James Edition" Nike has released the "Kobe Bryant Edition" Air Force 1 for kids. As you would expect, these basketball shoes are done entirely in Lakers' yellow, purple and white with personalized Kobe touches. The basketball shoe features a perforated white leather base, with yellow and purple leather at the toe and swoosh to match the LA Lakers classic colorway. The upper sits on a clean white mid-sole with yellow accenting and purple contrast stitching. The outsole is also done in purple to contrast nicely with the white. Kobe Bryant jersey number "24" is stitched on the tongue tag and Kobe's signature appears on the insole, finished off with the Kobe Bryant tri-tip logo on the heel.

Nike teamed up with Eddie Cruz to create the East/West rivalry of Air Force 1 designs. The west coast get their game on with this LA Lakers inspired new supreme air force 1, designed by Eddie Cruz of the mighty undefeated. The luminous yellow swoosh burns bright on a royal purple reptilian upper, with the red sole matching the west varsity style badge woven into the tongue. The 0.44 lasered on the heel which indicates the use of Nike's new 0.44 sticky rubber compound that adds traction to the sole. The 0.44 compound are usually used on the Nike's ACG line, which gives these supreme AF1's the ability to be worn in any type of weather. These kicks have great accent colors and are guaranteed eye catchers.
