Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's career spanned 20 years, included 6 NBA MVP trophies, 6 NBA Championships, and a record 19 NBA All-Star selections. He has been honored as one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history, and was inducted into the NBA Hall Of Fame in 1995. With all these credentials, it's nice to see Adidas re-issue Jabbar's signature sneaker after a long period of absence. These special edition models feature colorways that were inspired by the two teams Jabbar played for, the Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks. They also have a leather upper with suede accents on the 3-Stripes and heel, gold details, and a Jabbar graphic on the tongue.
