Over the summer LeBron James abolished the hopes of an entire city, partook in an unprecedented media fiasco, and joined forces to form a highly scrutinized "dream team." But, now the 2010-11 NBA season is here, and it's time for him to lace up his anticipated signature sneaker. The Nike Air Max LeBron 8 (VIII) is a technologically advanced basketball sneaker specifically engineered to support and enhance the play of LeBron James. Some of the its most notable features include strategically placed Flywire-infused carbon fiber panels, a speckled midsole with visible Max Air 360 unit, and an enhanced lockdown dual-pull design on the collar. Of course, Nike also added some personal touches in the form of an intricately embossed lion on the tongue, LeBron James' signature on the heel and a refined back tongue label to represent his off-court style. LeBron's decision to go to Miami has brought about many questions, but the most important is…will it inspire any fresh Nike Air Max LeBron 8 (VIII) colorways?
