Cities throughout the world have inspired books, music, art, and now you can add sneakers to the list. Nike is releasing a number of regional sneakers inspired by cities. The cities and sneaker models currently released include, the Miami Air Max 95, which sports a "Miami Vice" theme. The Los Angeles Blazer Mid has the area code "213" on the heel tab and a "LAX" graphic on the side panel. A predominantly blue Chicago Air Max 90 with swirl designs depicting the wind Chicago is famous for. And, the New York "Black Out" Air Max 95 features a black city skyline against a fading yellow sky, depicting the "Black out" of summer 2003. These city-centric details make these sneakers unique and provide a great way to support where you live.
