Air Jordan V (5) Retro
Designer Tinker Hatfield drew inspiration from the 1940s Mustang fighter plane when designing the Air Jordan V. Released in 1990, Jordan's fifth signature sneaker was originally constructed with a leather or nubuck upper, reflective tongue, lace locks, "Nike AIR" on the heel, "shark teeth" design on the midsole, and a translucent outsole. Over the years, the Air Jordan V has been released in many new colorways.

When I saw these shoes, I fell in love. I collect Jordans and when this shoe released, I almost cried. This is a super nice and comfy shoe. The comfort comes from a foam insert, a phylon midsole, and an air max unit. I love this shoe and you will to. IT is really cool and nice. It also takes longer to crease than smooth or tumbled leather, but once it does crease it looks terrible. The Blue is a Great Navy Blue that really sets off the Look of the Shoe by covering the entire midsole. the Upper is Patent Leather which is stiffer and will crease with wear. Once you get it broke in they are very comfortable and actually very easy to keep clean. The 23 stitched on the side is a great touch and the 3M tongue is always an eye catcher. Get your for the 4th of July!
