Originally released in 1986, the Air Jordan II was designed by Bruce Kilgore and manufactured in Italy. They were available in both high- and low-top versions, featured sleek lines, a faux lizard skin upper, and at the time, considered the most refined basketball sneaker ever created. Since then, the Air Jordan II has been re-released several times and is now available in an array of colors, including a never originally produced black version.
