This year, Jordan Brand is celebrating their 25th Anniversary by giving their popular models a Silver makeover. This is because Silver is associated with 25th anniversaries. The Air Jordan II (2) Retro "Silver Anniversary" edition sports a clean Silver and White colorway with reflective 3M material on the heel, tongue, and heel tab. It's a fresh colorway that goes perfectly with one of the greatest Air Jordan models ever created.
As a continued effort to celebrate Brand Jordan's Silver (25th) Anniversary, Jordan Brand will continue to release various Silver Edition Air Jordan Retro's through the course of the year including this White, Metallic Silver, and Neutral Grey colorway of the Air Jordan II (2). Obviously, judging by the colorway, Michael Jordan himself never wore this particular retro basketball sneaker. These particular Air Jordan 2 (II)Retro contain a predominately white leather base with multiple neutral grey and metallic silver accents throughout the upper, with perforated holes making a stripe along the forefoot.
