""This if my first experience with Sneakerhead, and they came through when all my local retailers failed me!!! I called numerous local stores, and no one was carrying the shoes I wanted in Grade School sizes! Even though I could not place my order on the website a few days before the 19/4 Collezione jordan pack released, a quick call to Customer service solved my problem with the guarantee that I would recieve my shoes by the weekend.
