In 1992 at the Barcelona games and in 1996 in Atlanta, Barkley competed on the U.S. Olympic team thanks to a change international rules which had previously prevented NBA players from playing and allowing Barkley and fellow NBA players to compete. The 1992 Olympics yielded the mythic, undefeated "Dream Team" with such names as Patrick Ewing, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and of course Charles Barkley. Then again at the 1996 games, Barkley led the second incarnation of the Dream Team in scoring and rebounds. The Nike Air Force 1 low CB "Olympic" edition, from the "Olympic Pack," is the next in a series of shoes celebrating the career highlights of Charles Barkley. The low-key red and tweed colorway of this CB Air Force revisits the colors used for the 1992 Olympic Games logo.
