Part of the the “Philadelphia” Series which include the "25th and Diamond" editions and this shoe which is Nike’s tribute to the 38 store chain, Sneaker Stadium, founded in Philadelphia. This model features the well-known inside out design with premium leather upper, leather inside the shoe, and lasered red leather midsole. The blue leather sole inside of the right shoe reads "The ol'school shoe store in Philly did more to sell the game to the consumer, they literally placed the game at their feet. Posters inside stores like Sneaker Stadium communicated the game and its warriors to everone who came through the doors and they in turn spread the love through the neighborhoods. The players often visited the stores to sign autogrpahs and speak with fans. Sneaker Stadium, the marketing of not just basketball products, but the entire scope of basketball culture."
