The Nike Vandal and Vandal Supreme, produced from 1984 to 1987, are one of the few Nike basketball shoes to have a canvas or nlon upper rather than leather Nylon editions of the Nike Vandal are called the Vandal Supreme. The Nike Vandal and the Nike Vandal Supreme were re-released in 2003 with an assortment of special editions, including a Jim Morrison Vandal, and in 2004 a Vandal Premium, the first made of leather, was released. Reissued Vandals are not manufactured exactly like the originals, but for fans of the Vandal look, these shoes fit.
