Selection of shoes (variety and size's) is unmatched. Shipping can be tracked hourly/daily. Never had a reason to use customer service so I couldn't really rank them. All products come with a standard order form and aSneaker Head order form included in the package. I stocked up on AF1's and Jordan's before i left to college. It's a great site especially since I could easily find 14's.
